Negative: I booked 2 rooms 1 for me and 1 for my kids who showed up hours after I did. 1 room was a single bed and 1 room was 2 beds I opened the door to the first room but didn't go in because it was the 2 bed room so I went on to the next room 3 hours later my first kid came into Franklin by train went and picked him up and we go to hotel so he could drop off his bag so we could go to dinner and as we were leaving to go to dinner he tells me his room is dirty unmade beds, towels on floor in bathroom so I go to desk to tell them that the kids room was dirty and the girl gave us a hard time because we were saying something hours after I checked in and had to state I never went into the room as it was for my kids I had no need to go in and the girl continued to question why we were saying something hours after check in she finually called a manager and gave us a different room. My only other complaints I had was no breakfast that was advertised on website and pool closes at 10pm when some people have to use the commuter rail schedule and by time you come in on Franklin train and get back to hotel the pool is closed. The pool needs to be open longer or a reduced price for people not able to use pool

Positive: I liked the location, Staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Showers and bathroom were very clean.

Negative: There was a pull-out couch but there were no sheets provided for it. The pull-out couch was heavily stained and gross. My guest ended up just sleeping on the couch and did not have a comfortable stay.

Summary: I ended up having a comfortable stay, but My guest did not!

Positive: The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Everything is so clean and you can tell just by walking into the lobby or a room that they pay very close attention to detail with their cleanliness. The pool area is nice and peaceful and the pool water was the perfect temp. Our bed felt like sleeping on a cloud and we enjoyed our Starbucks for breakfast made by the very nice front desk woman. It’s refreshing to feel this level of kindness and respect from hotel staff which is sadly becoming more rare compared to the other hotels we’ve stayed at in the last couple years.

Negative: I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.
