Summary: We were a party of 5 high school/college friends who pick a new destination every year. This rental was PERFECT for us. Plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms, large living spaces-indoor and outdoor, and a well stocked beach vibe house. We had a great time, walking the area, seeing sunsets at the beach, and hanging on the deck. Easy communication with host/property management. Would definitely return.

Summary: We had a wonderful Family Christmas. The house is exactly as described. We were all impressed in how well the Kitchen was stocked. The Kitchen is where we all spent most of our time. Sean and Janice are wonderful hosts. I would recommend you book this if looking for a family vacation especially in the summer.

Summary: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in North Falmouth! Friends and family remarked on how perfect it is for any family event. Our son was getting married at a nearby hotel venue and to stay at this location was so convenient for relaxing and enjoying everyone’s company, in such a beautiful setting. Pictures don’t do the kitchen and dining area justice - everything we could ask for and more! We were able to walk to the beach and swim (in October!). The owner Janice was very responsive and helpful with any questions. The visit was seamless from beginning to end. Highly recommended!!

Summary: The hosts were very accommodating. It was perfect for a crowd. Lots of different seating areas for large and small groups to just chat, play games or watch a playoff game. Outside there was a large sunny area to sit in a circle and have cocktails. The kitchen was amazing!!! It had everything you needed for servicing a large crowd. Very comfortable beds and furniture and 4 ample clean bathrooms for 11 women. The house is at the end of a street so it was very quiet and private. The beach ( as described) in write up was an easy 6 minute walk in a nice neighborhood. The location is close to a lighthouse, botanical garden, and downtown Falmouth with many shops and restaurants to enjoy. Although we were all adults, the house would be perfect for multi-age groups. It has a huge finished basement that would be a great spot for kids to hang out and adults on the main level. Can’t say enough about the place and accommodating hosts.

Summary: We couldn't have picked a better play to stay for our family gathering. This home is beautiful and spacious - plenty of levels and areas to gather in small and large clusters for visiting, and spaces to get away on your own if you need a break from everyone ;) It's a just a short walk to the beach which was breathtakenly beautiful in December! Communication with the owners was seemless. Definitely a place to go back to again.

Our family met on the cape for our sons wedding we came from rva, england, Australia and had the best time in this wonderful home!! This is a must stay home!!!

Summary: We rented Janice and Sean’s property for a cousins getaway and we’re blown away with how spectacular the house and neighborhood were. Everything was incredibly clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The finished basement was an added bonus. My husband, daughter, and I stayed here with my two cousins and their families (4 kids under age 2) and found the house to be spacious and kid friendly with the basement door. So many memories were made at this house! Just a short walk to the beach through a beautiful neighborhood was the cherry on top. Janice and Sean were super communicative and accommodating!
