Summary: I really wanted to rate this property higher because the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the room itself was very disappointing. There was a strong damp, musty smell as soon as I walked in, the bed sheets were frayed, and the overall cleanliness was poor. The fridge still had the previous guest’s takeaway food left inside, and there was sticky residue under the bedside table top, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. It’s a shame, because the staff created a good first impression, but the room condition and cleanliness did not meet expectations at all. I hope the property takes this feedback seriously and improves housekeeping and maintenance, as the team working there deserve better.

Summary: Room was clean, beds were wonderful. TV was older and had a line through it at the bottom. Tub was older too. Front desk was wonderful!!! We saw her several times checking around the bottom floor. Near several restaurants, which made dinner so easy. Didn't stay for breakfast, but it smelled good.

Summary: Staff was super friendly and the room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was actually really good too. I would recommend the place 10/10 for the price ($169 for 2 nights with insurance ($9) included into that price) so $80 a night without insurance. The receptionist was also very helpful when I asked for an extension on my checkout time (originally 11AM; extended to noon). Will be returning!

Summary: The carpet had cracker crumbs. Obviously had not been vacuumed. The cups were sitting in soap slime on the bathroom counter. Ice bucket had a dead mosquito in it and there was no bag for ice bucket. The girl at the front desk was very sweet and washed out the bucket.

Summary: I booked a room with 2 beds and when we arrived it only had one queen sized bed. The room was extremely small. Curtains didn't close all the way to block out the light..most outlets you had to crawl around on the floor to even get to. No plans to ever book there again..

Summary: Very clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly and in a great location for shopping and dining. We had a great time. Will definitely be staying there again. Although it was a great place to stay, the breakfast could have been a little better. Not much of a choice like other hotels have but still better than nothing.
