Positive: Everything is perfect. The hotel provided many thoughtful services and facilities. The hot spring and sauna were the best indulgence in winter, while the outdoor campfire offered fun, along with roasting marshmallows, creating wonderful bedtime memories for the kids. We had a fantastic time celebrating New Year's Eve and the Lunar New Year here. The in-room chef service was fantastic, with delicious and creative dishes made right in front of us. Watching the chef cook while spending time in the cozy cabin in the snow created unforgettable memories.
Negative: There was really nothing to complain about. It would have been even more perfect if the heating in the bedroom area and the underfloor heating were a bit warmer.
Summary: This is definitely a hotel I would revisit. All the facilities and services were incredibly thoughtful and meticulous. T
