Summary: Largest room I’ve ever had in New York - full size refrigerator, space to work out in the room, a good table to work at. Super easy commute into midtown via the 7 and E. Check-in - once you access the code - is fine and there’s cleaning every day. Beware that the nightly thumping from the club next door can be heard despite the ear plugs they provide.

Summary: Surprised to find that there is a rooftop nightclub directly next to the 9th floor, making the night very loud. Similarly a loud morning from outside the 9th floor room, perhaps cleaners or something

Summary: Decor looking a little tired - we stayed at Staryed at Sonder Court Square for 6 weeks and no fresh paintwork appears to have been applied. We visit at least once a year - have used 3 other hotels in the area. Will probably return to a competitor a few blocks away from Sonder.

Summary: Convenient location, very close to subway lines that take you to Manhattan in just a few minutes. Clean property with everything you need. A supermarket and diner are just a few steps away, with other restaurants nearby. The only downside: the nearby subway can be noisy — if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs
