Summary: We had a lovely warm greeting from John on our arrival. Our room was well equipped and clean. The bed was soft and comfortable. Our stay was very pleasant, relaxing and peaceful. It is a short walk into Shanklin village. With plenty of options to eat in the evening. Breakfast was good with a good selection of options. John and Ann are great hosts.

Summary: From the initial friendly greeting our stay at the hotel could not have been improved. Clean and pleasant room, an excellent breakfast and most importantly the personal touches which the owners provided throughout our stay.
