Summary: Friendly staff. Room is tired. Weakest water pressure from the shower. Sink is awkwardly outside the bathroom. Deco needs lots of refurbishment tbh. You can see poor finishings.

Summary: The hotel is well maintain and the public areas are a pleasant place to spend time. Decor/furnishing is fun and good quality. The rooms are a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The pool area is not huge, but is a pleasant place to spend some time. Parking is limited. Sadly, I had an issue with dinner and breakfast. The website had stated that their was food available in the evening during peak season, but that was not the case. The website seems to have been updated to reflect this. Breakfast is served from 8am to 10am, which I found a little limited as I was travelling for work. Sadly, the doors to the restaurant were still closed at 8.05am, so I was forced to make alternative arrangements. Small things to fix, but overall good.

Summary: Nice place to stay, fine location, clean and happy ambience. Staff very friendly and cheerful and couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was good too so a nice way to start the day.

Summary: Lovely big room overlooking the gravelled car park. A bit noisy at times when the staff were outside having a chat but didn’t really affect our stay. The bathroom door was difficult to open and close and needed a good shove! Weird light above the shower was attached with sticky pads. It was operated using a confusing remote control that could change the colour of the light. This fell off just after my husband got out of the bathroom and startled our daughter with the loud noise. Thankfully no one got hurt! Natalie, who was on breakfast duty, was very friendly, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. An absolute gem!

Summary: Room was clean, all staff were helpful and polite, bar was good, bartender helpful and friendly, sauna and pool great bonus although steps into pool were in need of repair, only criticism would be bathroom was in need of modernisation.

Summary: The hotel is lovely and modern, with contemporary furnishings, a nice bar, lovely pool and pleasant garden. My single room was fairly small but fine for a two-night stay. The TV, shower and tea-making facilities were great. The sink was in the bedroom rather than the en-suite shower/toilet, which felt a little incongruous but wasn’t a problem. There wasn’t much space to put things once unpacked. Some coat hooks, a larger bedside table, shelf above the clothes rail or small side table would make a difference. The full-length mirror and décor were lovely. Given the exceptionally hot summer, air conditioning would have been welcome, although the small fan generally did the trick. Breakfast was lovely, nicely cooked and beautifully presented, with cereals, fruit, yoghurt and juices followed by a full English, vegetarian breakfast or mix-and-match. Tea was freshly made and served in a proper pot — gorgeous! It would be even nicer if tea or coffee were offered when seated rather than ordered with breakfast. The lady running the hotel was amazingly friendly and helpful and also looked after breakfast. She did a great job but would benefit from someone helping take orders and reset tables. The hotel generally seemed a little short-staffed, with the bar and reception sometimes unattended. Wonderful location, around five minutes from both beach and town. Overall, a lovely, welcoming hotel that I really enjoyed staying at.
