Positive: everything it was perfect. the gardens were very relaxing and the fish, cool. breakfast was very good and so was the staff. our room was clean and the lady cleaner very friendly. the bed was the best, huge.

Negative: the lifts were a little slow so my husband said but i thought they were fine
