Originally the Somerset Police Station, 'The Lock Up' as it's affectionately known today remains much as it did throughout its official use from 1937 to 1964, still with the original single gaol (jail) cell attached to the rear of the house.
- 4 Bedrooms (sleeps 12) – 1 Queen, 1 Queen, 1 Single & 1 Bunk (Single Top & Bottom), 1 Bunk (Double Bottom, Single Top), Double pullout sofa, pillows and doonas provided, BYO linen
- Fans in every room and four split system air conditioning units throughout the house

Summary: Suited us for attending my sons wedding in the area for 2 nights loaction handy to the hall for reception ,ample parking , house was well equipped as stated , once the mainteneace/painting is done throughout will be a neat place , all enjoyed there stay and were comfortable, not bad for a 90 year charming old building .Ps back deck would be mint with a pool table Thanks for having us Steve

Summary: Good location if planning to go to the spit. Property was clean and most things are supplied. Just need bed sheets and your done.Recommend for big families.
