Summary: We had a great time here. Really loved the tiny details, e.g. extra toilet rolls, enough washing up liquid etc... The pool was also a delight, always warm and clean. Probably the best holiday cottage we have stayed in.

Summary: Lark Rise exceeded all our expectations and was well equipped to make our long weekend stay a memorable one. The bedroom layout suited our family and of course the pool offered many hours of great fun for adults and children alike. The grounds are spacious and beautifully well kept and the countryside surroundings are peaceful. Entry to the property was simple and Giles was a fabulous host, answering any questions in a timely manner.

Summary: We are two families with four children between us aged 7-11. We had such a wonderful long bank holiday weekend, we wished we had stayed longer (we will next time!). The entire bungalow was spotlessly clean, and well maintained, we loved the retro feel of the kitchen! The highlight was the pool which was perfect, couldn’t have asked for better. The showers were all hot and powerful, everything worked as it should have done, the gardens and location were beautiful. The welcome pack was thoughtful, communication with Giles and Linda was brilliant, they were exceptionally helpful and we loved learning about the history of the bungalow. We would highly recommend this property, the only down side is we travelled 2.5 hours to it and then only left to go to the pub (Kings Arms in Haughley - 5km walk and well worth the trip), we’re sure Suffolk as much more to offer but the bungalow kept us too well entertained! Thank you so much!

Summary: We loved staying here - we didn’t leave the property as there was no need - beautiful large garden and a private heated indoor pool where the children and adults spent hours playing and swimming - Everything we could possibly need in the house -we will be coming again

Summary: Wonderful holiday home with own pool! Beautiful quiet, private wrap around garden filled with nature. We spent most of our time in the pool house, which was fabulous! Well equipped kitchen and spacious lounge/dining looking put onto the garden. Giles was easy to communicate with and we would definitely recommend! A car is needed to explore the area, and the local shop was within a 30min walk through beautiful countryside.
