House is in a quiet neighborhood but very close to Interstate 24, shopping center, movie theater, restaurants and supermarkets.
Located 25 minutes from downtown Nashville, 20 minutes from Nashville airport and 25 from Franklin.
Open kitchen and dining room, spacious living room with 65inch smart 4k TV. Laundry room with Brand New large washer & dryer.
Loft upstairs has a daybed with two single beds, a 55 inch 4K Smart TV, a rocking chair and foosball table.
Outside Covered patio with grill, table and chairs and privacy fence.
The house has three bedrooms upstairs (one with a king bed, one with a queen bed and one with a full bed)

Summary: We stayed for an extended weekend to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday. Wonderful house with everything we needed. Check in was easy and communication was great. Quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores and other necessities and quick commute to downtown Nashville and malls. We had an excellent time, and would definitely stay here again when we return to Nashville!

Summary: We stayed at this home over the Christmas holidays. It was beautiful and everything we needed! Super clean and well stocked. Had a nice big fenced in yard for our pup to run in. Great location south of Nashville and close to lots of stores and things to do. The host was super responsive with anything we needed. Don’t hesitate to stay here! We hope we can return!!

Summary: This home was in a quiet neighborhood but a quick drive to some great local restaurants. The house had a nice layout and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Summary: My son and I stayed here while he had a soccer tournament in Murfreesboro. The house was very comfortable and convenient for the tournament and about 25 minutes from the city. The house was very clean and the host was responsive and everything was great.
