Positive: What a pleasant stay in Florence. Perfect location, bus literally stops at the door step. Delicious breakfast spread. Very friendly personnel, rooms are serviced daily, very clean and spacious. We will definaltey return to this spot!

Positive: The room was well air-conditioned and secure. There was a decent view out the window.

Negative: The breakfast preparation was unreasonably loud, making it difficult to sleep past 7 in the morning. The walls were also quite thin. The bed was not very comfortable. The woman who ran the place was at some times unresponsive and others rude or unprepared. The breakfast itself was bad - after the first day we chose to go buy breakfast at cafes instead. Some surfaces in the room were very dusty, which got on our clothes.

Summary: This was a serviceable place to stay, but did not live up to expectations.

Positive: The staff were friendly and very helpful. It was clean and comfortable.

Negative: Not much to dislike. A pleasant 25 to 30 minutes walk to the attractions. Bus 23 straight across the road will take you there for under 2€. Pay with a card but one person - one card. We saw a family 2 adults with 2 children get fined 43€ as they only had 2 cards. Children taller than 1 metre pay a fare.
