Positive: If I could rate this apartment 11/10, I absolutely would! The apartment is simply amazing — beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, perfectly located, with a fantastic balcony and a very friendly host. I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Positive: Where to begin! My husband and I stayed here ahead of our wedding and WOW. We couldn't believe our luck at finding such a special apartment within walking distance to absolutely everything you need (including public parking right outside the door). Our host, Erika, met us upon arrival. We were a bit delayed coming in but she kindly accommodated us by meeting us later to hand over the keys and walk us through the apartment. She also gifted us a bottle of champagne as she knew we were in town for our wedding. The space itself is newly renovated and MUCH bigger than we expected based on the photos. It's modern and clean -- amazing bathroom and blackout shades in the bedroom. (Resulting in the best sleep we got on our three week trip!) The terrace in the back was the best cherry on top -- we had our espresso here in the morning and wine at night. A/C units throughout that work well. Just cannot say enough great things. I almost don't want to post this review for fear this gem will be found out -- but Erika deserves it. Totally exceeded our expectations. We will absolutely be back!

Negative: We loved it all. Worth noting it's a 3rd or 4th floor walkup, but we are NYers so we didn't mind:)

Positive: Freshly renovated! Lovely decoration! Space to spread out! Lovely calm views!

Negative: 5th floor and no lift :-( but this is common across Europe, pack light as there is a new washing machine! Then no worries! I’d recommend a variety of pillow types too, down pillows are my least favourite as they go flat! Not great for side sleepers! Otherwise Kiki house is a wonderful place to stay! Maybe pack earplugs for weekday traffic if you’re a light sleeper in the main bedroom too ;-)

Positive: Everything was exceptional! Erika is a kind and gracious host! We were delayed on our arrival, yet she patiently waited to greet us and even helped us take our bags upstairs. The apartment was absolutely perfect and well appointed. The design and all the details were so thoughtful. The terrace was the perfect place to sit quietly and sip coffee. The bedroom overlooks the river and was magical! Exceptional place!

Negative: It's a little far from the city centre, but the buses ran fairly well.

Positive: A beautiful apartment with everything we needed. We loved staying here, a beautiful walk by the river to the center and lovely restaurants close by away from the tourist mayhem. Comfortable bed and bedroom overlooking the river - a really stunning peaceful outlook. Erica met us on arrival, helped us carry our heavy bags up the stairs and even gifted us a breakfast at the Cafe below. What a treat!

Negative: That we couldn't stay longer.
