Positive: Well-appointed flat with many useful kitchen implements for cooking. Comfortable living space and well-fitted bathrooms. The balcony overlooking Woolacombe Bay is a delight. Easy parking on quiet private road.

Positive: Loved the views over the beach and sea and how quick it was to walk to the beach and into Woolacombe. The apartment kitchen was well equipped and the furnishings of good quality.

Negative: The steps going up to the apartment particularly made arrival and departure a little tough with unloading 2 cars of luggage and food supplies, but didn't let that spoil our break.

Positive: The view is absolutely amazing. And the apartment was stunning.

Negative: The beds and the bedding. I would of expected a good quality mattress it was very uncomfortable and it would be nice to have luxurious bedding including bed covers. It definitely lets the property down in my opinion.
