Positive: The breakfast was good - average value for money

Negative: I expected a better global quality since I booked in a well-known hotel. Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed by the room's cleanliness, the first room I was given strongly smelled cigarette, and the second room wasn't better than the first one. Electrical outlets out of service, as well as the phone and the TV remote. Aging and poorly maintained hotel.

Negative: Room temperature could not be managed properly. It was either too hot or too cold. Moved multiple rooms to suit something adequate.
