Positive: I stayed at the hotel a second time because of its unique character. The rooms are clean and nice, and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfasts are varied, and everyone will find something for themselves. There is a fantastic lobster bar open till late evening with delicious food and beverages. The location is very pleasant, surrounded by rivers. It's a 1-2 km walk to the center, where there are plenty of restaurants, shops, a night life. The area is safe, even at night. But above all, the warm words and thanks to the staff. Especially to the hotel manager and receptionist Michael Cheng, who helped me retrieve my backpack and documents that I left on the airport shuttle. Thank you so much!

Positive: Breakfast selection was great. Catering to eastern and Western. Very good.
Negative: The bed setup I requested online and in person at the reception desk was not what I received. I did not go and complain because I was only there for 2 nights.

Positive: Everything was perfect, all the hotel was very customer friendly, there was everything we needed. The food was great, also the swimming pool and relaxing area was very nice, clean and relaxing. The hotel is in very nice area and it is great for a walk.
