Positive: Very central, clean.

Negative: Nobody explained is the amenities of the hotel. The website says dog allowed and usually pet accessories shall be brought. It was not the case. Then staff at the reception told us that the dog shall stay with owner at any time. At the same time Sofitels do not allow dogs in dining areas. Plus, this is not in the hotel policies. Very weird. When leaving the hotel, the check out at 6.45am took us 35minutes. We were alone. The receptionist kept forgetting everything and the valet parking person brought us wrong cars. The excuse was that our car was in the back (?).
