Positive: The house is well equipped and clean. The yard outside is a real treasure. It has a spectacular view towards Spartia bay. You may stay in the egg swing chair for hours and enjoy the stunning view, usually with a few luxury yachts, resting in the bay. It’s priceless and real holiday for soul and eyes. The place is very quiet and calm. The house has enough space and comfort for a family of four. The island has a lot of beauty to show and Spartia is a nice location to explore it from. A few steps down and you are on a private sandy beach with a few people. Nothing to complain!

Positive: Hosts are kind and carrying, allowing for early check-in, and we enjoyed the figs from the property. The outdoor surroundings are beautiful and the localisation is good. The nearby spartia beach was nice with the kids

Negative: While the overall property looks great with nice outdoor spaces, the one from our apartment was let aside on the parking side. This was not nice with our kids, having them sometimes play in the dirt and us not enjoying a more natural view and outdoor. We have been quite disappointed by that since the value of this rental is in the outdoor space, given the reduced indoor space mostly made for sleeping. We've been to the point to change rental, but decided to give it one more try with some adaptations, to spend more time on the other side which is a lot nicer but not equipped. It made it liveable and we enjoyed it better. So we decided to stay which improved our impression at start, also seeing that hosts were trying to help. There is definitely potential to make it nicer, but we would not recommend this apartment for now if the nearby outer space is also important for you.

Positive: The house was quaint, comfortable and had a nice courtyard and free parking. It was located near the beach ( walking) and restaurants near by. Full kitchen with the hosts offering coffee, snacks and appliances if you wanted to prepare meals.

Negative: The Air-conditioner was in the front room and took a long time to cool the bedroom. You couldn't leave the air condition on when out because the key was attached to the electricity pass card. This is common in Europe however the door only unlocked with the key which was on the wall. This is an unsafe practice because in the event of a fire, you would need to take the key out of the wall slot and hope to find the key hole in a smokey room for your escape. I would suggest some other quick release door lever or a hand twist bolt lock. Other additional amenities would be a full length mirror in the bedroom and a two folding suite case stands.

Summary: Our stay was very pleasent. The host were new in this line of work and welcomed our suggestions.

Positive: Greek hospitality at its best! We were two families of four on vacation and the structure with it's open common spaces was a perfect choice to have the chance to spend time together. The apartments are large enough for four people (one with a larger living room and one with a larger bathroom), super clean and recently renovated. Outside showers simply perfect for a quick rinse just after the sea (you have two wonderful beaches at walking distance) We appreciated a lot the spacious table outside with shadows and barbecue And the view.... just wonderful! Just one last word about our hosts Foteini and Spyros: so welcoming and warm, always ready and responsive to any need and question

Positive: Perfect location with very nice beaches and good restaurants nearby (just walk and you are there in few minutes). The apartment was clean and nice with outside shower too for the afternoon sea swimming. Right place to relax and enjoy the sea and beaches, top 😎

Negative: The people in Greece are too kind and if you need something, just ask and they will help you in any way they can.
