Positive: Large, modern and very comfortable. Facilities were nice and well kept. Convenient location.

Negative: Doesn’t have a kitchen, which is annoying in a hostel.

Positive: It is so close to the lancha pickup point, large property with a pool, restaurant, activities available, free welcome drink at a beach bar, pretty room and nice big bathroom, very big spacious room (stayed in the private double suit), the man at reception was so lovely, library to borrow books, did all table, breakfast was included with our room and a great menu!

Negative: The room was quite dark even with all the lights on and the rooms aren’t super soundproofed because we could hear the people in the room next door having… a good time. The pool didn’t seem overly clean but maybe the wind just blows things in. Overall a great place to stay

Positive: The rooms were spacious and the hostel itself was gorgeous. Good location

Negative: I extended my stay and they made me checkout and check in into another room (same 4bed mixed dormitory) because of some system allocation. I could've stayed there a few days more but extending it again seemed like too much hassle.

Positive: This spot was great for our one night before connecting back to Guatemala city. We had a cute little cabin and the property was huge and had all the amenities you'd want. The staff were friendly and they offered literally every type of service you could imagine, from shuttles to the airport to spa treatments a the hotel. There was also a free welcome drink. Even though it wasn't on the lake there were some great restaurants nearby, just a short distance walking.

Negative: All good actually, just what we needed.
