Summary: Unfortunately our mountain view was completed blocked by dense forest so no Fuego view which is why we booked this property in the first place. I would consider booking directly with them as they can specify which room you actually get and not Russian roulette

Summary: The gardens and atmosphere are amazing! 10/10! Wonderful place to stay. Lower expectations about the staff with the restaurant and bar if you come from the USA, they move at a different pace, relative to the rest of Guatemala. So plan accordingly when ordering drinks and food, also don’t order directly from the bar, use the waitress/waiter the bartender will deliberately overcharge you for drinks. Again I highly recommend the hotel because it is amazing, just be aware and expect a relaxed service and atmosphere.

Summary: Incredible hotel - one of the best views ever, very stylish but according to local architecture and style and not very westernised (in a good way). The staff was super helpful, and nice! The music was great too - it was like a little oasis, we didn’t wanna leave the hotel. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed - the photos don’t do it justice !!!
