Enjoy the many water views of Boca Ceiga Bay and Isla del Sol golf course from the balcony for endless sunrises and sunsets! The building offers recreation rooms where residents gather to socialize and a large pool and spa overlooking the water. You can watch boats sail by while you swim in the pool or lounge on the pool patio. The condo is located next to the Isla del Sol golf course and walking distance to Isla del Sol Shoppers Village with a variety of shops, restaurants, hair salon, coffee shop, yoga studio and more! Isla del Sol is a 350 acre island and is ideally situated within 30 minutes of 2 international airports, a short drive to St. Petersburg Beach and downtown St. Petersburg, and close to the Don Cesear Beach Resort, grocery stores, upscale shopping, museums, art galleries, and tons of amazing restaurants. The Isla del Sol island has streets with nice golf views and walking paths for exercising.
