Summary: We were here off season bringing our son to school at Michigan Tech. Very friendly staff, big clean two bedroom (I snore!). We received arm bands allowing us to take a ride on the ski lift in August which was very fun. $40 vale for that ride. The breakfast was not continental - it was a special menu that was cooked to serve out of the kitchen. Probably a $60 vale given the price of most hotels. The rooms had AC even though the listing said they didn’t. Great value and we will be back.

Summary: With a bit of a rough start as our air conditioner wasn't working, this was a great stay. The modern updates really make this place nice. Maintenance staff was awesome getting the air going, the room was clean, bright and inviting, and beakfast delicious. A bit off the beaten path, this was a perfect place to stay for a quick yooper adventure.

Summary: The name of the hotel was not the same on our confirmation, sign by the highway, or on the building. Must have changed names without changing signage three times. They had a fisg and fetch event on july 5th from 5 to 8 to ride the chairlift. We arrived at 540pm and they were done. Room was not cleaned daily and shower never got warm. One high point was the breakfast waitress was awesome and sauna got plenty hot.
