Summary: Loved the house and it was great being so close to Baxter State Park. Wayne (the property manager) was so kind to retrieve a phone for us that was left in the guest cottage. Lots of fun!

Summary: The house is very comfortable and supplied with all that one needs. The deck is beautiful, and access to the canoe and paddles (and a beautiful lake) is a real plus. Bernie and Kicki were quick to reply to our queries (and helpfully and graciously so), and Wayne, the property manager was outstanding; he was always friendly and very responsive to any issue that arose. The only drawback to the place is that it is located on a relatively major road on which vehicles, including trucks, drive at often high speeds as they travel to and from the area of the park entrance. This makes walking along the road (there's no sidewalk) unenjoyable at times. (This speaks to a problem in the area as a whole. The needs of pedestrians and cyclists have not been given much consideration.) And depending on where you are sleeping in the house, this can sometimes make for a less-than-pleasant/quiet early morning experience. Still, I *highly* recommend Bernie and Kicki's home. We had a great time!

Summary: The property was excellent as advertised. Very clean, well stocked. My family had a great time and although it was our first time to Millinocket, we will be back!

Summary: We will most definitely look to book this property again next snowmobile season. It's just perfect. Warm, cozy, well equipped, parking is a breeze for multiple trucks & trailers. The location to the ITS could not be better and Bernie could not have been a nicer host. Just a great experience start to finish! Thank you Bernie & Kicki

Summary: We rented mid-week for 4 nights. Searched for moose during the day, and ate and drank in the evening. We lost power for over 24 hours, with minimal inconvenience. The generator ran perfectly, although only some outlets, the refrigerator and microwave were powered. Enough for our needs. Great location for our purposes.
