Negative: It was a little dated. Under renovation it appears in the pool lobby. Hot tub was not open or the bar/restaurant. That was very disappointing.

Positive: Breakfast was in a quiet space. Pancake machine was a wild thing to try! Best part of stay was visiting with Austin whi is doing an awesome job managing the hotel and making it cozier and cozier!

Negative: Maybe plants by the pool would make it cozier but it was winter when we were there.

Summary: Fabulous surprise to find this hotel prior to our hike into Baxter .

Positive: Austin was at the desk and greeted us promptly. He gave us a complimentary upgrade to a room. We asked for recommendations for a restaurant for dinner and he gave us a few good ones.

Negative: The bathroom tub’s non-slip protection, wasn’t very clean. I believe it’s part of the tub so they’d have to replace the whole thing. The ceiling & wall in the room looked like it was under construction to the point where the room should be repainted and the ceiling didn’t look too stable.

Summary: It was clean and convenient to get to.

Positive: The staff was very friendly and it was a wicked cool area

Negative: Honestly there was nothing I could think of that I didn't like . The staff was beyond kind and accommodating and it was one of the best sleeps I got at a hotel

Positive: There was some renovation going on, but the staff were all exceptional! The pool was sparkling and larger than most hotels, plus it was indoors! I have stayed at this property quite a few times over the years, and always liked it.

Negative: Actually, the people I traveled with could have behaved better. Hotel was fine, lol.

Summary: Great staff, pool, both swimming and tables, can't wait until the renovations are finished.
