If you do wish to shop for fresh produce, there is a fruit and veg shop right next door. However if cooking is not your thing, enjoy a very short stroll to shops, cafes, restaurants and hotel bistros.
Walk just 200m to the beach and the start of the Granite Island horse drawn carriageway. Everything is at your fingertips. Once you have arrived, you can leave the car in the carpark as you explore the area on foot.

Summary: Booked property through Unwind, was kept up to date with emails regarding my booking, all instructions on arriving, what to bring etc was clear and informative. The property was clean, airconditioner turned on, milk, coffee and tea available. I was really impressed how clean the property was. Used the pool, which was also beautifully clean. Quiet spot. Very relaxing. Walked everywhere. Kitchen excellent, no oven or stove, but I didn't go on holidays to cook. Microwave, toaster were available for use. Totally recommend this property and hope to stay again.

Summary: Great location. Apartment was modern and clean. Good size for couple and 2 small children max. Kitchenette was a bit cramped with microwave and crockery on very high shelves. Pool - tiny, as was the seating space around it - fine if you have the place to yourself.
