Negative: towels looked used (not washed) properly but some of them was clean , washing machine was not working wifi not strong enough not working at upstair , no instruction for dishwaher. it would be better to solve all above issues. kind regards

Positive: Beautiful place newly refurbished. Still little few bits to do but was lovely stay

Negative: The double bed in atic and some of the singles bed mattress need new lumpy uncomfortable . And could do with de weeding. But the property in newly renovated still few bits to do but will defo stay in future

Summary: We had a lovely time . Went to watch pink . This place was ideal 17 min walk to centre

Positive: The location of the property is excellent, with only a 20 minute or so walk into the city centre with lots of amenities nearby. The size of the property was great and perfect for our group

Negative: The heating was on very high when we arrived and despite turning it off, would turn back on incredibly high. During the spring/summer months this is not ideal. The water in the shower went cold before all our guests had chance to have a shower in the morning - possibly related to turning the heating off? We stayed in one of the double rooms and the mattress was incredibly hard and uncomfortable - a mattress topper would help with this. Other than in the two bathrooms, there was only one small mirror in one of the bathrooms which made it slightly difficult for us to get ready.
