Positive: Extremely spacious, clean and comfortable flat Prime location made it so easy for our little family to get around and explore, walk to the park or the train station. We also loved the charming local pub on the corner. Hosts were wonderfully responsive and helpful if anything was needed.

Negative: A few more amenities may have been useful, such as water glasses/tea towels, but this didn't bother us too much

Positive: We loved the location, proximity to the nearest underground station, a charging station for cell phones/computer, and good supply of extremely hot water!

Negative: It would have been nice to have kitchen towels and wash cloths for the bathrooms.

Summary: We had a wonderful time! What a great place to come back to at the end of the day......fantastic!

Positive: We had a very comfortable stay at this apartment. It was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Our kids loved having plenty of space to play and relax. The location is fantastic: close to attractions, shops, and transport. It is an excellent option for families visiting London.

Negative: The stairs to the entrance are a bit steep, but that's normal for the area.

Positive: Beautiful quiet neighbourhood just two minute walk away from the hussle and bustle of Kensington. Apartment was spacious and stylish and the service was excellent. My key got stuck in the door. They had a locksmith over and i was back in the apartment within 20 minutes. Impressive!!
