Summary: A small property in a very quiet location. Easy access with a car. Comfortable bed. Perfect for one but a but tight to move around in some areas for someone with slightly limited mobility.

Summary: This house is in a great location in Lamlash just a few minutes to the Main Street and the beach. The house had everything you could possibly need for your stay and while it is advertised as a 1 bedroom there is actually 2 bedrooms so plenty of storage. It was very clean and bright and the owners were lovely. Plenty of outside space with a great garden. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again :-)

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The check in with Isobel was very smooth and easy. The cottage is actually bigger than the front view suggests, as it has been extended at the rear. The bed was very comfortable. The cottage is well equipped and very clean and just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and facilities in Lamlash. There is plenty of parking and the garden gives space to enjoy the tranquil surroundings. We found this the ideal base to explore the beauty of Arran. We thought that this provided excellent value for money.

Summary: The cottage provided a very good base for us to travel around Arran and see most of the sights. It was also convenient to be able to walk into Lamlash on an evening.

Summary: This place is a little gem! It's small and rustic but immaculate and Isobel has thought of every little detail to make your stay comfortable. There is space for a car if you're driving (although I brought my bike!) The cottage sits at the back of the owners property, but they were very discreet and I did not see them all week (although I knew they were there if I needed anything!). The kitchen has every utensil you can think of which is perfect for a self catering option. There is also a washing machine if you need it, and a lovely garden area for drying (if you get the weather!) The bed was comfortable and there is a separate dressing area with hair dryer - iron - etc. Honestly, a wonderful little place and I will 100% be back - highly recommended! Thank you Isobel for being a great host.
