Summary: Hotel is very well designed and has lots of facilities in it. Our accommodation was only one night but we felt like it was two night because of the hotel comfy.

Summary: Called over to island for a telecoms fault , due to time i had missed last ferry , looked on hotels.com and only property available was Auchrannie at £310 per night With no choice i booked it but i fail to see where the £310 price tag comes from , the bath did not hold water and the tv did not work , will not be recommending it to others

Summary: We stayed in a ground floor room in the main resort and had a person in the room above constantly walking around for over an hour in the evening and the morning from 7am. The floorboards in the resort are very creeky and there appears to be no sound proofing between them. I wore headphones and is still sounded like there was a thunderstorm going on.

Summary: The hotel was great. Lots to do for the children, beautiful location and surroundings. The staff were all warm and friendly. But the room above us was exceptionally noisy; we complained on our first night but the noise didn’t stop. If the bedroom had been quieter it would have been perfect!

Summary: I stayed at the resort for one night. Everyone should know that the advertising is not accurate. There is no hot tub in the spa and there are no additional amenities such as ropes and shower shoes. It’s quite slippery so be careful! Also for some strange reason, you’re charged a pound to use the locker which feels ridiculous after paying so much money for a room and so few amenities at a spa. In the room, there’s no bottled water. There’s also no store on the properties. I bought a bottle of water at the restaurant and it was 7 pounds. Nearly the cost of a cheap bottle of wine! Resorts in this price range are usually more inclusive of basic needs. If you have children that need space to run around this is a good place but if you’re an adult looking to have a luxurious stay, this is not the place.
