Small sheepfold of 40m2, completely renovated and comfortably equipped, housed in the middle of our garden. Located 15 minutes from the gates of Toulouse, 45 minutes from Albi, it is the ideal base for discovering and enjoying our region.
You have a well-equipped kitchen area, a small living-dining room with a picture window overlooking the garden. The bedroom, with adjoining bathroom, is separated by a glass roof which makes it original.
You have access to the garden, where a small lounge is reserved for you and to our laundry room for the use of the washing machine and dryer.

Summary: Lovely cottage style detached home behind the owner’s house. Very small. The bedroom is walled in with windows to the living room and dining area with no coverings, so there is no privacy in the bedroom. Perfect for one couple, but not for two couples. The yard was beautiful! Parking was not available on site, so we had to find parking on the street, which was a bit difficult. We were warmly welcomed by the owner with great instructions and information.

Summary: My husband and I spent one week in this charming house in this quiet village just 23 km from Toulouse. The small is house is perfect for 1 or 2 people, very comfortable, clean with modern amenities. Alain and Catherine our hosts are very friendly, thoughtful, and gave us fresh eggs and tomatoes from their garden. The small village was a quiet refuge after travelling by day to the many towns, villages, and places of interests. The proximity to Toulouse by highway is a plus. The morning walk to the village bakery for croissants and fresh bread was a treat. It was also nice to get to know our hosts. We would would definitely return to this house if traveling in the area again. Thank you Alain and Catherine for a lovely stay.

Summary: We loved our stay in Gragnague, the cottage was gorgeous. Supplied with everything you could possibly need. We would defiantly recommend this property as it was a great launching point to many amazing historical sites in the South of France.

Summary: Where do you begin to describe the delight we experienced in this little treasure in Toulouse. The little house was a complete surprise and amazing for us. The owners - from the moment we arrived to our departure we friendly, accommodating and wonderful to get to know. Every little detail in the house was paid attention to including a couple of delightful surprises from the owners. The house was exceptionally clean, kitchen well stocked, and the bed very comfortable. We stayed for a week and did not want to leave. We used this as a base to travel throughout the countryside of Southern France. Everyday was a great adventure and coming back to our little house in the garden to enjoy dinner in the sunshine on a delightful patio setting was divine. We have stayed in a fair amount of Vacation rentals but this was our best stay ever.
