Positive: the location was super accessible. not far from the train station and close to the leaning tower.

Negative: there was no air conditioning and it was super warm in the apartment. the utilities werent clean and the shower was very little.

Positive: Host was easy to communicate with. Instructions were clear. Great central location. Lovely old building, beautifully converted. Great attention to detail - eg. nice dishes, very clean and good quality fittings. Pisa itself was a pleasant surprise - not too big, easy to get around, people were all lovely, including a few neighbours we bumped into.

Negative: was a bit noisy in the morning with traffic but it was very central - no air conditioning which wasn't a problem at end of June but might have been an issue later in the summer

Summary: Stay in the centre of historical Pisa in your own little bit of history.

Positive: The apartment was ideally located, spacious and had all the necessary equipment and appliances in the kitchen - only a single cooking eye though.

Negative: The problem with the apartment is that it was rather cold and also damp.

Summary: The leaning tower was wonderful but the accommodation so-so, primarily because of the cold and damp.

Positive: Good location, only 5minutes walk to Pisa tower.

Negative: Duvet had no covers, totally unhygienic, I wonder how it's cleaned after each guest. Place was clean, but had a really strong odour from bleach or some other cleaning chemicals. An extra bed (mattress on the floor) was very short and hard, impossible to sleep on.

Summary: Good location, but wouldn't stay here again.

Positive: Excellent location - 5 minute walk to the leaning Tower Loved the historic features of the building in the room Easy check in and check out Excellent communication from the host TV was great on the few occasions we used it but we did have to use our mobile data when screen mirroring our apps as it was better for signal Large main bed

Negative: The sofa bed was a bit small for our teenage daughter As mentioned by someone previously, some ventilation in the bathroom would be good as there was a bit of a damp smell but we understand the building is very old and these things can be expected
