Positive: The private garden: It was great for sitting out during breakfast and for evening drinks. The quiet location near town (though daytime, the whole of Pisa has occasional noise from the airport). An abundance of complimentary snacks: I especially liked the plastic-wrapped jam-filled croisants that I dunked in my coffee. I never bought breakfast due to these snacks! The owner being was very helpful: She agreed to a late check-in, she met us late in the evening after our delayed flights, and she offered advice on Pisa and general assistance.

Negative: There was very little to dislike. Maybe the shower head, which squirt water from the centre rather than the whole shower head ... but it was still a reasonably good shower.

Summary: Very good apartment, it's worth booking this one for the private garden

Positive: Ideal size for us and our 6 year old and the garden a nice extra space. Cristina was very friendly and accommodating and helpful with information and advice. Great location to be able to walk to sights, restaurants and bars.

Negative: The only problem we found was the shower leaked a bit from the bottom.

Negative: There is a smell of damp in the bathroom and the shower could do with an upgrade.
