Summary: This hotel has all the makings of a five star resort think opportunity to become a hotel that's easily on par with the rosewood on four seasons brand. The food was absolutely outstanding for an all-inclusive. The vibe in the Italian restaurant made me feel like I was in a cute small butt hip restaurant in New York City in Soho. The steakhouse had incredible steaks that tasted like they were freshly grilled on a hot Cole grill. I'm not a big drinker, but I had a glass of wine each night and I was impressed with the house, Merlot. Our server by the pool in our cabana, Eliseo was so happy and nice and did a fantastic job. And general, I would say all of the Wait staff that we had were amazing so helpful. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous. It feels like a tropical getaway with a fabulous Gem, coffee, bar, and juice bar. I love the grounds. There is a lotta walking if you have an injury, it can kind of wear on you. The beach was actually great. Very small white sand with very little seaweed. The pools were fabulous lots of slides for kids. The adult pool had loud music throughout most of the day. I think they need a quiet vibe Pool. The only reason I'm not giving the hotel a five star is because there was some issues with the way the initial manager handled a problem with my room. But once I emailed Hotel management, my issues were handled very well by the manager Xavier. I would definitely return.

In an all-inclusive establishment, it is reasonable to anticipate dining options that do not necessitate prior reservations. Moreover, the service at the bars was significantly slower than expected. Upon arrival, I found that my accommodation contained personal items belonging to a previous guest, suggesting that the cleaning procedures employed were inadequate. Additionally, the range of available activities was somewhat deficient in variety. However, for guests with an interest in fitness, there were an array of facilities and daily classes offered. It is also worth noting that there were additional fees imposed; for instance, one restaurant informed us that, in order to be seated together due to their inability to accommodate our party, we could utilize a private room contingent upon purchasing a bottle of wine costing one thousand dollars. Furthermore, we were charged ten dollars per person for an experience labeled as "Surf and Turf," which was presented to us as a premier setting featuring lobster and steak, yet it ultimately turned out to be a buffet setup on the beach, falling short of expectations for the additional cost.

Summary: I don’t have a lot of experience with all inclusive hotels, but I was mostly underwhelmed by the food, drinks and service. I had high expectations and we paid for the elite room (and service?) but it really didn’t seem worth it - I can’t say we ever got better alcohol or service. The restaurants don’t open until 6 pm for dinner and forget about them actually having an indoor table for you if you have a 7:00 pm reservation. I really wanted to like this hotel, but I am very happy to be home in my air conditioning as the rooms just didn’t cool enough and there was no place to get away from the heat during the day, including the pool which felt more like a hot tub. For the price tag, SLS should do better!

Summary: The property was absolutely beautiful. Pros: beautiful service seem to listen well. The food was amazing. Food for room service was alright but most of the restaurants were quite good. Everything is within walking distance. The beach is very well maintained. Cons: waited awhile at the first desk to get checked in. Ordered a crib before hand to have in our room upon arrival and there was not one. They were able to bring one pretty quickly! There was construction/ repairs being made near our room in the hallway so it was quite frustrating with attempting to have the baby nap. Lastly there is only one place to get breakfast and for dinner you must have a reservation somewhere.
