Summary: Grandma got her wish and gathered all the grandchildren together for Christmas. This home comfortably fit all 18 of us, from 2 years old to 78. It was well stocked with the essentials plus other welcoming surprises. The hosts went out of their way to provide a fully decorated Christmas tre. Meals were prepared nearly every evening and the “chef” never lacked a thing. Extremely well stocked kitchen. All appliances worked well. Very, very clean throughout. Communication with the host was virtually immediate. An amazing place to stay.

Summary: The house was centrally located and had an INCREDIBLE view! Perfect for looking out over the horizon while sipping a cup of coffee either day or nighttime. The living space fit our family of 14 perfectly while still allowing individual privacy and comfort for everyone. Each room has its own warm and inviting vibe, which catered to adults and kids alike. I absolutely cannot say enough about our stay and the experience we will treasure for many years to come! Thanks, Kia & Rob. Looking forward to returning soon!

Summary: We were a group of 15 adults (all extended family) traveling to visit more extended family living in CO. This property was perfect for us. Its location was close to everything we wanted/needed. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. Not once did we have to run out for an item we were used to having at home. Our group enjoyed the hot tub and sitting outside in the back yard. It was a lovely setting and served us well. Kia and Rob could not have been better. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this was the best communication we have ever had. They messaged often to check in to see if we needed anything. They were first rate all the way! Thank you Kia and Rob for an extremely enjoyable stay!!

Summary: The house and entire rental experience exceeded my expectations. We had a group of 4 families and it was perfect for everyone. The house itself was large, clean, and beautifully decorated. Even better than the photos! It was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed - plenty of towels, pack n play, toys for the kids, coffee, and other pantry essentials. And I appreciated the labels on kitchen cabinets and extra hooks in the bathrooms and bedrooms, both of which made the logistics of staying in a new place a bit easier. The hosts were very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
