Welcome to our brand new, cozy, modern townhome nestled in the mountains! A short 12-minute drive from the elite Snowbasin resort, ranked No. 2 by SKI Magazine, you’ll find yourself surrounded by outdoor activities, including hundreds of miles of trails and world class skiing. Minutes away you'll find Lee's Marketplace, where you'll have access to all the necessities and beyond. Come stay a while and enjoy this ideal community and all the wonder of Mountain Green.

We have outfitted our home with a vast list of creature comforts to help make your stay feel more like home and as comfortable as possible! This 4 bed, 3.5 bath space has it all.

On the bottom floor, adjacent to the garage and front entry, you’ll find a second Master Suite, with its own en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet.
Moving upstairs to the living level, you'll find a well-appointed kitchen, spacious dining and living areas, a half-bath, and an office nook.
On the top floor, you'll find the remaining three bedrooms, one with a queen, a second with a full bed with a twin bunked overtop, and the master suite with a king bed, en-suite bath, and walk-in closet.
Steps outside your front door you'll find a year-round hot tub, fire-place, grill & gather area, and seasonally you'll be able to enjoy a pool, a second spa, and two pickleball courts each of which is private to the guests and owners of this community alone.

You’re a short 15-minute drive to Pineview Reservoir which offers several beaches, swimming, and any water recreation you’d like to participate in. 20-minutes from the home you’ll find Ogden and Layton, the nearest towns which offer grocery stores, restaurants, and family-friendly activities for all.

Summary: Beautiful, clean house. Close to Snowbasin. Had all the amenities one would need. We loved it. Only negative was that our rental car (Ford Expedition) had ski racks and didn’t fit in the garage.

Summary: The Condo was awesome. It felt like home and helped make our trip more enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to ski resorts, away from the city but close enough to make an easy drive. Also, the property manager was very easy to contact. We would definitely stay here again wether for a winter or summer vacation.
