Positive: As always restful pleasant stay with friendly staff clean rooms and comfy bed with a great bang for your buck

Negative: First time stayed on the 2nd floor when you get off the elevator the carpets in the hallway are terribly stain that's the first thing you c on the way to your room makes your hotel look rundown and dirty when it's not

Positive: Very clean comfortable rooms and bed and a great cup of coffee in the morning front desk host was very friendly and helpful to this senior citizen

Negative: Could of used a bigger screen tv in my room but everything was really very good And very comfortable

Positive: The staff was welcoming and had we had a quick check in process. Common areas were very clean. The bed was very comfortable with no signs of bed bugs.

Negative: The toilet was leaking, the television had very few channels that worked, and everything else was static. AC would make random noise and it woke us up around 4am. There was a smell to the room when we first walked in. I'm not sure what it was being that it's a no smoking establishment, we weren't sure what we were smelling. The complimentary breakfast was below average, with no eggs or any protein provided(Dunkin is next to the property). The lamp base was sticky, and so was the remote. It had visible wear, and they need to just fix it. If it's rusting, throw it away. If it's leaking, just fix it. If it's empty just replenish it(The tissue in the bathroom was empty). If it's dirty just wipe it. Housekeeping is cutting corners and it shows.

Summary: Great sleep, mediocre upkeep.
