Positive: Hot Breakfast was good, but Desk Clerk upon check-in was rude & obnoxious, His words "I been doing this for 22 years" and that I (customer) should go somewhere else. I didn't understand his comment because all I did was identify I had paid already "on-line arriving Friday 8-2-2024 & leaving Monday 8-5-2024 identifying I had a small pet. Clerk said he had me down for only 2 nights and the pet was extra at $20/day. I explained it was 3 nights & the Booking never mentioned a $20/day extra cost. Then he was trying to get me to leave and go somewhere else, but I explained the room had already been paid for and I would normally just leave, but I had been driving for 12 hours already and needed the room to sleep. I paid the pet fee $60. His last statement to me was "He didn't want to hear anything out of me for the rest of stay, and if he had any complaints about the pet or me, he would boot me out". So, I swallowed my pride, without saying another word I grabbed the key card & never spoke to the staff at Sleep In. I will never stay at a Sleep In again, because of this rude desk clerk. Also, the maintenance guy washing front door window heard the whole thing and said "sorry to me" as I was walking out to unload my car.
