Summary: The woman who was working the front desk was very kind and helpful. I think her name was Carolina. Breakfast was free,well stocked and they had a waffle machine🤘. Lotion n shampoo smell awesome. Some musty odors in the hallway, but room was clean. It's a quick ride into town. Overall a great place to crash for the night

Summary: This is our go-to place in Niantic area, particularly because of the free breakfast -which includes waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins, bagels -and a beach pass. Very pleasant and professional staff. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. But the air conditioner goes on and off all night and when it’s off, the room gets unbearably hot— to the point where I had to go down to the front desk and ask for a fan. Wish they would fix that! One other time we stayed there the water pressure in the shower was so low, we could barely take a shower, but that was only one room. Otherwise we like staying there.
