Summary: I thought my room was very clean and comfortable. It was a little dark in the hallways and the rooms could use a little more lighting. The carpeting should be replaced. Other than those few things, my stay was good. Customer service was great!

Summary: Third time staying here. 2nd time deadbolt didn’t work. This time the door didn’t latch either. I didnt know that until 6am when a man opened the door to my room. Thankfully I had the door hinge thing at the top pushed over and the office char in front of the door so he knew he was in the wrong room and stopped. He asked if I was (woman’s name). When I told him “no”, he said oh, xx. I’m sorry”. AC wasn’t on (90 degree day) and bathroom smelled of something I can only describe as cat urine. Shower doors leaked so huge puddle on the floor. So disappointed. Especially for the price I paid.

Summary: Great staff- room was excellent.bed is very comfortable and pillows were outstanding. Bathroom was awesome- towels were fantastic. Easy chair very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Great selection .

Summary: This hotel is very easy to get to and easy to get to other places in Ames. Check-in was very easy and pleasant. The hotel is very clean. The room was very clean and modern. We didn't use them for a one night stay but the microwave and refrigerator are nice to have. The bathroom was modern and had a nice walk-in shower. The breakfast included was also great. Lots of choices - biscuits & gravy were good as well as the Belgium waffle. We would definitely stay here again. It was budget friendly also.
