Negative: Hot tub out of service...thin bedding...and we're unable to stop the fan from running while system was off. I wanted to take a bath but the tub drain wouldn't hold water. It seemed that the hallway had not been vacuumed in sometime? Never saw or heard a general vacuum... The furniture was uncomfortable as well.

Positive: The staff was amazing! Very friendly and accommodating.

Negative: The first room we were assigned to smelled like wet dog as soon as we walked in. BUT….. I told the front desk worker and she had me in another room in a minute flat! That room was clean and comfortable. I didn’t get her name….. I wish I would have. Thank you!
