Summary: Basic continental breakfast, would have preferred some fresher food options vs microwave foods. Staff was great, room was clean and climate control worked perfectly. Noisy guests were an issue in the early morning hours.

Summary: My only true complaint was that the room smelled of disinfectant or their cleaning products which was very unpleasant. I ran the air conditioning and fan which seemed to help.

Summary: We stayed in a handicapped room that had a broken air-conditioner. When the compressor turned on it was like a jet engine reving up for take off. It made a high screeching noise while running. And made the sound of a car engine slowing down when it was shutting off. So we got very little sleep both nights. It's hard for me to believe they didn't knowthey didn't know the air compressor needed to be replaced.

Summary: Handicap room was tight between the fridge and the wall. The floor tiles were broken/cracked. Room was still decent. This is the 2nd time that I've stayed here.

Summary: Pleasantly surprised for the price. Clean, quiet, and close to stores. Really appreciated the full sized refrigerator in the room. Not having carpet in the room was definitely a plus for us. Breakfast was a slightly upgraded continental breakfast, but for the price of the hotel I did not find it unreasonable.

Summary: I checked in late and was exhausted from a long day of work and travel. When I walked into my room, there was an odd smell. It was a mixture of cleaning solutions and something I couldn't quite put my finger on. When I turned on the HVAC, I figured out what is was. Evidently, someone had puked into the louvers of the HVAC unit, so I quickly turned it off. It was late, so I just turned it off and tried to turn on the TV. Unfortunately, the TV didn't work at all. I just ended up going to sleep. I will say that the bed and the pillows were comfortable, but sleeping all night in stagnant, smelly air was horrible. Spend the extra money and stay at the Holiday Inn Express. It is super clean and comfortable, and I won't make the same mistake of staying in a low quality, low cost hotel like this again.
