Summary: We were very happy with the room. The only negative part to the room is that it did not have a microwave. The breakfast was the best we have for the 3 and half weeks we were in the USA. We ate at the restaurant at night time and we could no complain at all the food was good.

Summary: I did like that they had a garage. Didn’t get to really see the hotel because we arrived later in the day and most of the stuff inside the hotel were closed. There were also a few hiding fees for stuff to park in the garage a hold on my card for items that might be purchased in the lounge etc. tell this up front on Expedia. It was overly pricy for a 1 night hotel stay as well.

Summary: Very satisfied with our stay. We were able to check in early so that our baby had a quiet place for his afternoon nap. Everything was very convenient and comfortable, and the staff professional. They seem to be doing a major renovation but it didn’t impact our stay at all.

Summary: I am really disappointed. I chose this hotel over others in the area that were rated the same but much lower priced because of the hot tub. I get there and it’s closed, my daughter had no hot water at all. Mine was lukewarm. The ice machine on my floor wasn’t plugged in. No vending machines and the safety chain on our door was installed upside down so you couldn’t use it. The lady at the desk said this was actually the case with a lot of rooms so that’s even more concerning. The deadbolt for the adjoining room door wasn’t lined up totally right so it just touched… it didn’t actually lock. Then there was the white substance all over the desk and curtain… I seriously don’t even want to think about what it could be… so nasty.

Summary: I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It was a last minute find for a graduation and I’m so glad I chose this one! All of the staff was friendly, including Mr. Rayan / Ryan who highly recommended the restaurant that my family was able to enjoy during their stay. He was also a friendly face to see around the property. The rooms are amazing . Wonderful size, clean, and I had a decent view. I just feel they need more outlets (but it could’ve just been my room. There is also a bar/restaurant within walking distance that had a tasty Salmon. Overall, I highly recommend this beautiful town and hotel!

Summary: The ice machine did not work on our floor. There were no vending machines at all in the hotel. If you wanted any beverage, i was told to go to the restaurant and get a to-go cup. It would have been nice to have been told this at check-in, along with breakfast info, etc. Calling the front desk went to 12 rings, twice. The tub was extremely slippery. I dont know why hotels even have tubs/shower combos anymore. The are dangerous. A walk-in shower is perfect.

Summary: Not many hotels are truly quiet anbd this one was no exception. Hallway traffic way too loud even during quiet hours and I was put in a room right behind the elevators which should be seriously soundproofed. Okay stay, definately not a "must stay" if I go back to Johnstown

Summary: The hotel seems to be going through a remodel. Hopefully the rooms will be updated soon. The beds were comfy and the staff that we encountered were absolutely wonderful and so friendly. The kicker is the parking situation. I’ve never felt more sketched out than I was when I was parking at around 10pm. There was an obvious drug deal going down and I felt very unsafe. Do yourself a favor and make sure you are in the hotel before dark.
