Positive: room was nice & very convenient of course to departures

Negative: I had paid for a full day, but I arrived about 1 - 2 hours early. I was still charged an extra $20 for early check-in. Every other hotel I've been to would have let me check in early without the extra need for money. Also, there was a place for snacks. I was told that I'd have to pay the "priority pass" fee to take snacks from there. That was surprising too, given that the snacks were nothing special. For a guest who has paid for a full 24 hour day, it would have been nicer if the property had been not quite so eager to get these extra earnings. Also, the gym was a little limited. I liked the treadmills but it would be nice if you got a weight-machine

Positive: Had to stay over as had a super early flight. Hotel is excellent for being in an airport, staff were really helpful and the room is big & clean.

Negative: It's very soulless and it's difficult to find in the airport.
