Summary: My family and I really enjoyed ourselves at Philip's home. It's set back on a quiet street and has a great layout. It's also centrally located so it's easy to get anywhere on or off the island. And Philip was a great host. Looking forward to our next trip!

Summary: I stayed here with family in early June. We have been renting in Montauk for years, and wanted to try something new. We found shelter Island to be a magical place! The house was impeccably clean and the decor was charming The layout of the property is perfect. The pool area is exquisite, private, and quiet, and abuts huge, park- like open fielld. There is an outdoor shower which was perfect for the kids. We spent a ton of family time and it dined outdoors every night on the back deck whisk overlooks a beautiful pond. The owner is very nice and extremely helpful and was available to answer any questions we had I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is interested in experiencing shelter Island

Summary: Spent a week here with my family and had an incredible time. The house is well appointed, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We spent most of our time on the back deck and dined while watching beautiful sunsets over Dickerson pond. We saw osprey hunting the pond and a gorgeous blue heron. The pool area is amazing. It is extremely private and it feels like you're at a high end resort. The kids had a ball in the pool. The host, Phil, was incredibly helpful and was happy to offer great tips on dining and entertainment on and off the island. We can't wait to come back next year!

Summary: A small group of friends and I rented this lovely house for the New Year's holiday. We were thrilled -- it slept all of us with plenty of room to spare, and had every convenience we could've asked for, including an all-weather hot tub. I'm sure it would be a phenomenal place to spend the summer, but we had just as much fun cooking, reading, relaxing, and taking in Shelter Island in the winter. The owner was always available via text message and very helpful in providing recommendations. I hope we have the opportunity to return!
