This premium 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The well-appointed kitchen boasts spacious marble countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and all the essentials to prepare meals with ease. Summary: As a former Silverthorne resident, it has been hard to find a rental that feels like "home" and actually provides everything you want and need while in town. This condo has it all, and we've already rebooked for next month. Highlights included the fully stocked kitchen with everything you need, plus all the extras you hadn't even thought of! Every side table and nightstand had USB chargers for phones, so we didnt have to move furniture or hunt for outlets to charge our phones. It was so nice to see the humidifiers in each of the bedrooms- sometimes a real need in the mountains! The windows overlooking town and the mountains, the balcony, and the fireplace-- can't be beat!! We had a question about the garage and other tenants' parking when we arrived, and we received an immediate response and the issue was resolved very quickly! Communication was 5 star! The unexpected welcome gift on the counter when we arrived, after a long day of travel, was icing on the cake! We can't wait to go back next month. This condo has it all, plus so much more!

Reviewer Comments: Perfect location and size for a family of four (baby & toddler) and one set of grandparents to stay for a wedding at the Silverthorne Pavilion. We were able to walk to the wedding, easily find food and coffee at the Bluebird Market, and groceries at Target. We had the four of us in the master with our toddler in a toddler air mattress and baby in a pack n play (both of which we brought) and there was plenty of room for all of us. Grandparents took the second bedroom. Place was well stocked with appliances and such for laundry, coffee and general use. Only real issue we had was the sensor on the garage door broke after we got there, the door is shared with another unit. The management company (Summit Mountain Rentals) was super fast to respond and had someone out to look at the issue quickly. Unfortunately they weren’t able to completely fix the issue over the weekend but communication about the issue was quick and consistent and they did at least disconnect the sensor so we could still easily get in and out. The upstairs neighbors were rather loud and there was music and pounding at all hours of the night even after we asked them to keep it down far after quiet hours. SMR even held on to a cup I forgot in the unit until a family member that lives nearby could pick it up, saving me on shipping which they did initially offer. Overall a great location and rental company. We would definitely stay again at this or one of Summit Mountain Rentals’ other locations in the building and area. I might compare pricing of booking directly thru them next time.

Summary: We weren’t able to stay in this specific unit due to a gas leak. The property management company upgraded us to a larger nicer unit close by. This specific unit is in a great location with many walkable restaurants and right next door to the Hotel Indigo (where we attended a wedding). The property management company was very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay.
