Positive: Lovely lodge with everything ... magnificent views, comfort, bikes, games, wifi... even a telescope.... in a remotish location. Pikes peak 45 min away. Skiing resorts 1.5 hrs away. .. also little families of deer ambling around.. thoroughly enjoyed it

Positive: This house sits on top of the mountain and has fantastic views. We loved sitting on the porch with a drink in hand to take it all in. This home had so many different activities for our kids, indoor and outdoor. The baby toys, high chair, pack and play etc. Was extremely nice to have. Our kids, ages 8, 6, and 1 had a blast with everything this house had to offer. We enjoyed a walk down a trail and had 360 degree views of the mountains. It was fantastic. We cooked in the kitchen and grilled, excellent amenities throughout the house. Lots of cookware and utensils, which you don’t always find in home rentals. Honestly the nicest place i have ever stayed. Would 10/10 recommend.

Negative: Booking.com lists the property as having a hot tub, this is inaccurate.

Positive: Beautiful property and views. Ready to go back. Secluded on 35 acres!

Negative: Confusing when you use booking.com but property is a vacasa property. I would get emails from vacasa about my reservation but when I tried to view my reservation it said I didn’t have one even though I created an account. Also vacasa driving directions in email day before was totally confusing. It said GPS couldn’t find the house which was not true. GPS worked great. Also there were no directions on how to use the electronic door lock. I had to google the lock to figure out how to get in and how to lock it when we left.

Summary: Overall great experience. Loved the house, the porch and the seclusion.

Positive: Private, beautiful views, quiet, great amenities, perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature and all it has to offer.

Negative: There was mouse droppings on the pull out couch and there were areas under the bed and behind the night stands that needed cleaning

Summary: Overall a great stay, just improve the cleaning, especially if you are charging a $250 cleaning fee!

Positive: Location is fantastic. It's a few miles drive down a dirt track to find it but it is in a stunning location with exceptional views of the mountains and landscape. On a big plot with lots of room for walks or bike rides. Lots of nature to see like herds of deer which regularly come through the property. Well equipped with everything a family needs, kitchen as well equipped as you'd have at home. Beds were all very comfy. I would not hesitate to book again.

Negative: It doesn't have AC, so can get quite warm, although the description does tell you this so it's not really a knock on the property. Also a couple of incredibly minor things such as the ironing board was broken which was reported so will no doubt be fixed before the next person stays.
