1 Bedroom Apartment in Florissant

Private studio Casita (connected by 20ft patio in back of home), full bath, hot tub (yours during your stay). Separate entry (sidewalk around house, threw gate, please keep closed). Lots of parking (left side, by sidewalk and " Welcome sign"). I do have a dog Parker, but he is friendly (please let me know if this concerns you, I'll keep him away )🙂. Picnic table, great views (1mile long gravel loop road for morning hike) , bbq grill, 2- mountain bikes for riding on the many miles of gravel roads in CME, wildlife, peaceful. Queen bed, hutch, TV, DVD, kitchenette (full fridge, sink, micro, coffee maker, etc..), dining area and living area . Yard games, gazebo ( with gas heat). This is my home, so we will be in backyard from time to time. 30 minutes +/- to Pikes Peak, Cripple Creek (Casinos, underground Gold mine tours, Steam train), Fossil bed National Park, Wolf and Wildlife preserve, Cave of the winds, Garden of the God's park.

Summary: We had the most incredible time! Bryan is a fantastic host with tons of information about the area and attractions ,and is incredible accommodating the property was beautiful and well maintained ! Summary: This was a great place for my husband and me to spend a couple of days, just relaxing. This location was quiet, peaceful and perfect for our needs. We spent some time up by Cripple Creek, and then just enjoyed some quiet time together at the apartment. Great not to be rushing around, enjoyed being away from the crowds and rushing traffic.

Summary: After much searching several listings, this location had what my wife and I were looking for to get away for our 20th anniversary. Bryan is super fast in his responses and both he and Nadine welcomed us as if we were longtime friends. The location is off the beaten path, but still within an hour drive to pretty much anywhere you’d want to go. It was always nice to end an evening in the hot tub as the temp started to drop. We would recommend this property to anyone that wants to be surrounded by beautiful mountains and several wandering deer. The hosts have a genuine gift of hospitality and enjoy having people stay with them. They always gave us our privacy in the evening hours.
