Summary: It was an easy check in. My daughter missed her flight and we had to reschedule it for the next day. From the time i arrived until i checked out the staff were great. Bianca was very nice and helpful.

Summary: Hotels.com did not represent the parking situation well. Their site says "free shuttle" "free parking." Since this is an airport hotel, and other hotels in the area explained there was a charge for extended parking, and I read all the fine print regarding their parking, I assumed I could park there for free while I travelled. Wrong! When they said "free parking" they only meant while you stay there. I had a plane to catch & then also had to find a place to park my car, which will end up costing me an additional $320. I didn't budget for this. I feel the info was misleading.

Summary: It was a somewhat smooth check-in. I couldn't find the hotel because the signs were we covered. Once I got to my room everything was cool until I saw the balled up socks under the nightstand. My mom was a housekeeper and the bathroom definitely could have been cleaned a lot better. Other than cleanliness it was okay. I called down to the front desk to operate the AC and they weren't very helpful but they did call Mr. Shaun. He fixed it. Apparently the unit was off from the mechanical closet. But yeah cute hotel. I like the Marilyn Monroe pictures.

Summary: Pretty much what you’d expect from an airport hotel. Offers a free shuttle bus from the airport but didn’t respond to any messages I sent in advance to get the details of this. Otherwise a large room, noisy/large ac unit on the wall, clean facilites good bed/bathroom/curtains etc. nice reception staff, easy check-in process.
