Summary: I don't really have anything remarkable to share about this place. I was not happy that they charge for parking. Fortunately, since I only crashed overnight, they were gracious to me and didn't charge me, but who charges for parking? I basically just crashed into bed and woke up the next morning so I don't have much to say here.

Summary: Stayed here to be close to DTW and to take advantage of the shuttle to the airport. Parking on site was only $10 per night, much cheaper than at the airport. Great customer service and comfy beds.

Summary: Service was not good. Waited about hour and 10 minutes for ride from Airport even after calling. Hotel staff did not answer phone and almost after 22calls and after Hor and 10 minutes sent the shuttle.

Summary: Hotel itself is OK but the shuttle service is beyond terrible and I should’ve listened to other reviews. I came in the middle of the night and called before to let them know. They said it goes every half an hour and call when I land. I did that and they said it would be there in 30 minutes. It never came. I called every 20 minutes and each time was told it was on its way. Shuttle buses for every other hotel passed by multiple times. I waited an hour and a half (4:30am!) and then took a shuttle bus for a different hotel nearby and had to walk when I got to the hotel. The lady at the front desk did not even apologize or seem surprised very disappointing. This is an airport hotel so the one thing you need to get right is the shuttle service.
