Summary: We booked two rooms with four people per room and were told that the rooms included free breakfast. When we arrived they shifted and said that no, only one free breakfast per room despite the fact that the occupancy of the room was four. They then gave us “coupons” for their restaurant but only two coupons, good for a maximum of two meals. So now what we thought was an reasonably-priced room with free breakfast was turned into two free breakfasts, four slightly-discounted breakfasts at their overpriced restaurant, and two additional expensive breakfasts with no discount at all. We are travelling with a big group, and convenience and affordability are important to us. Additionally we inquired whether a slightly later check out would be possible due to the fact that we were travelling with six children. For context, we often make this request when we are on road trips, and without exception hotels have been very accomadating. The response, rather than “I’m sorry, that’s we don’t offer that option” or “that’s not our policy”, was instead “If you check out even one minute past 11am, you will be charged $20”. The response was terse and rude, and only served to reinforce the bad impression that we had already received. I do not know how this establishment has received “exceptional” ratings. We were extremely disappointed. We will not be back.

Summary: Front desk wasn’t friendly, didn’t greet you. Waitress and wait staff in restaurant are great. Regardless of how many people you have in your room, you will only receive a daily ticket for your stay for 2 people for free breakfast which is limited. Rooms were okay, however, walls were gross and dirty in some areas. Pool and lounge area is super small.

Summary: Great restaurant and casino. They gave us a real free breakfast and had a special on prime rib for $15.99. Room for clean, spacious and reasonable.

Summary: It’s 107 degrees in Henderson. When I entered the room the a c is off so the room is hotter than 107 degrees. Took a hour to cool the room off.

Summary: It was very frustrating because I purposely chose this hotel because they offer free breakfast but upon arriving they said it's only free for 2 people when I made the reservation for 4. The entire reason I chose this particular hotel is for the free breakfast. Also I was not happy to find the bathroom in my room wasnt very clean. The "clean" towels had someone's hair all over them. Also this place said they had cribs available but again when getting here it was an extra cost.
